Demirtaş Metal Aluminum Profile Industry and Trade Inc. senior management; Within the framework of the Integrated Management System Policy, which is created in line with the needs and expectations of the stakeholders regarding the organization’s context and strategic direction, the company aims to increase its competitiveness in domestic and international markets in the aluminum profile sector, to produce high-quality and economical products in accordance with national and international standards, to ensure customer satisfaction by fully meeting customer requirements and delivering on time, to improve the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety awareness of suppliers and subcontractors and to increase their performance in cooperation, to reduce the use of natural resources by prioritizing environmental protection, to prevent waste generation, to keep hazardous and non-hazardous waste under control and to continuously improve environmental impacts, to protect the health and safety of employees within the scope of occupational health and safety, to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases, to eliminate or reduce risks to acceptable levels, to set targets to reduce the number and recurrence of work accidents and to monitor these targets with work accident statistics and graphical data, to ensure the participation and consultation of employees on occupational health and safety issues, to develop a safe working culture by taking their opinions and suggestions into account, to support the competence, awareness, participation and motivation of employees, and to comply with current quality, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations. Compliance with legal and other requirements, and ensuring the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, is adopted and committed to as a top management policy.
